4 Different Mirabito Payment Plans Offer You A Choice
What you need to know about this year’s contracts:

All Price Agreements are in effect from September 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013.
- A Mirabito Total Comfort Plan (TCP) or Mirabito Value Plan (MVP) Service Agreement can be added to your monthly budget payment. For more information call 1-800-934-9480 or your local branch office.

There is a non-refundable Price Protection Fee for Budget Cap Plan and Prepay Cap Plans only. In order for us to be able to offer Cap Plans to our customers, this fee must be included in our Cap Plans. For Budget Cap Plan customers, the non-refundable Price Protection Fee is included in your monthly budget payment. For Prepay Cap Plan customers, the non-refundable Price Protection Fee is paid in one sum when your agreement is signed.

Volatility in the energy market may result in price fluctuations. Customers should understand that Mirabito has no control over energy market fluctuations. Our prices are determined by the commodity markets.
Budget Cap Plan
DESCRIPTION:
We estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your previous usage. We budget twelve (12) monthly payments based on the estimated season usage and an estimated average market rate price. The Budget Cap Price is the maximum price per gallon you will pay during the term of the agreement. Should the Mirabito posted program price be lower than your Budget Cap Price on the day of your delivery, you will pay the lower price. The estimated monthly payment includes all applicable taxes and a non-refundable Price Protection Fee of $0.20/gallon.
Market Rate Budget Plan
DESCRIPTION:
We estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your previous usage. We budget twelve (12) monthly payments based on the estimated season usage and an estimated average market rate price. The price per gallon you pay will be the Mirabito market rate price (subject to market fluctuation) at the time of any particular delivery. Existing budget customers not signing up for the Budget Cap Plan will be automatically enrolled in this plan. The estimated monthly payment includes all applicable taxes.
Prepay Fixed Plan
DESCRIPTION:
If you choose the Prepay Fixed Plan, the price remains in effect (or fixed) for the number of gallons purchased until all gallons are delivered or the agreement expiration date is reached, whichever comes first. The Prepay Fixed payment is non-refundable.
Prepay Cap Plan
DESCRIPTION:
If you choose the Prepay Cap Plan, the price is capped, and is the maximum price you will pay during the term of the agreement. Should the Mirabito posted program price be lower than the Prepay Cap Price on the day of a delivery, you will pay the lower price. For this reason, the Prepay Cap Plan requires a non-refundable Price Protection Fee of $0.20/gallon.
