(Binghamton, NY) Mirabito Convenience Stores will donate $30,000 to local Hospice Chapters as a result of the recently completed “Hugs for Hospice” campaign.
In conjunction with National Hospice Awareness Month, from November 12th through the beginning of December, the Mirabito Convenience Store Division sold Hospice “Hugs” for $1 at all of their store locations.
The funds raised will directly support the programs and services of area Hospices and the terminally ill patients and families they serve.
Hospice organizations in Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Tioga and Tompkins counties will benefit.
