
District Manager
Summary of Position
Manage the operations and activities of an assigned number of convenience stores. Responsibilities in the area of store operations including but not limited to all sales, management, staffing, safety, merchandising, food service, customer service, cleanliness, store appearance, employment policies and practices, training, expenses, inventory turnover, budget controls, shrink, cash controls, DEC compliance, promotions and store profitability, Another major responsibility is to assure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Position requires an individual with an enthusiastic attitude for the Mirabito Convenience Store marketing approach, flexibillity to accommodate sudden schedule changes and availability to be on call 24-hours a day if an emergency arises, very good communication skills and the ability to work with and motivate employees to achieve goals.
Candidate should have prior retail management experience, preferably a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the operation of a Mirabito Convenience Store, gasoline station and its relationship to other departments. A high school diploma with some college experience is preferred or experience operating a Mirabito Convenience Store.
