- How do I access my account online? What should I do if it says “invalid zip code”?
For online accounts to work, you must call the Rewards Plus line to have them set you up. Have in mind a username, at least 6 characters long, that you would like to use and a password. Once the online access is set up, you will not need to call again unless you have a question or need help. Also, call the Rewards Plus Toll Free number if you have forgotten your username/password.
- What should I do if I lost my card but don’t want to lose my points?
In the event you lose your card, get a new card and application from your nearest Mirabito, Quickway or Convenience Express. Keep the card and give the store the bottom half that you have filled out. With the new card present, call the Toll Free Rewards Plus line and tell them you would like to add another card to your account. If your previous card is registered, we can add your new card to the old one, and the points you had will remain.
- Why do my points keep going down?
Our rewards plus program has a revolving expiration policy as seen in the Terms and Conditions part of the application filled out when you received the card. The points that you earn on any given day are good for 120 days from that date.
- If I prepay for my fuel from Mirabito’s, how come the points do not show up right away?
When you have your Mirabito Home Heat account linked to your Rewards Plus card, you are able to earn points. We do not give points when the purchase is made, points are given as deliveries are made. If you pre-purchased 600 gallons of fuel oil at once, your points would be added in according to when the actual deliveries are made.
- If I had a delivery from Mirabito’s, when do my points show up on my Rewards Plus account?
Points for deliveries in any given month will be added to the account by the third week of the following month. For example, if the delivery was made on November 5th or November 30th, the points should be on the account the third week of December.
