Marketing Program Manager

Position: Marketing Program Manager
Reports to: SVP Administration / Chief Information Officer
Status: Full-Time
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- include and are not limited to:
 Assist in the creation and implementation of Convenience Store divisional marketing programs aligned with success metrics
 Communication of objectives, goals and marketing program requirements to all levels of operational and administrative staff
 Assist in the management of social media platforms to ensure strong branding messages are effectively communicated to the organization’s customer base
RESPONSIBILITIES- include and are not limited to:
 Assist Convenience Store department director in the development of strategic marketing programs to support the department’s mission, goals and objectives.
 Work collaboratively with other divisional marketing program managers to develop high value cross marketing campaigns
 Build and foster collaborative relationships with other departments within the organization to stay informed and abreast of new initiatives, products and services
 Identify opportunities to support departmental initiatives and develop programs to promote and publicize these activities
 Oversee development of all public-facing Convenience Store marketing program creative.
 Build relationships with professional counterparts in other professional organizations, advocacy organizations and other community organizations in order to foster organization’s efforts to be a community involved business
SPECIFIC TASKS- include and are not limited to:
 Assist in the development of Convenience Store marketing programs
 Assist in the development and management of Convenience Store PPC campaigns
 Creation of customer review program
 Management of outbound social media content (Twitter, Facebook, etc)
 Conduct Employee interviews for highlighting our people within the organization
 Develop customer informational pieces
 Assist Communications Manager in developing press releases
 Create comments on current affairs in the convenience store industry
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS- include and are not limited to:  Business Acumen  Communication Proficiency  Decision Making  Leadership  Project Management  Strategic Thinking  Creative Development  Required: o Bachelor’s degree in relevant field o Four years of marketing experience  Preferred: o Master’s degree in relevant field
