If I had a delivery from Mirabito Energy Products, when do my Rewards show up on my Rewards Plus account?
Rewards for deliveries in any given month will be added to the account by the third week of the following month. For example, if the delivery was made on November 5th or November 30th, the Rewards should be on the account the third week of December.
If I prepay for my fuel from Mirabito Energy Products, how come the Rewards do not show up right away?
When you have your Mirabito Home Heat account linked to your Rewards Plus card, you are able to earn Rewards. We do not give Rewards when the purchase is made, Rewards are given as deliveries are made. If you pre-purchased 600 gallons of fuel oil at once, your Rewards would be added in according to when the actual deliveries are made.
Why should I upgrade from my black Rewards Plus card?
The old black Rewards Plus card lacks new features that are now available with the green Rewards Plus card and both Rewards Plus & Payment cards. Upgrading will allow you to use the green or red card at the pump to earn cents off on purchases. Customers will also receive first time use discounts. To upgrade, call 1-866-647-2248 or visit the nearest Mirabito Convenience Store location.
When do my points expire?
Cents off redeemed with Mirabito Convenience Stores will expire in 90 days. Cents off redeemed with Mirabito Energy Products will expire in 120 days. This policy can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Plus program.
What should I do if I lost my card but don’t want to lose my cents off?
In the event you lose your card, you will need to get a new card by any of the following: visit your nearest Mirabito Convenience Store, fill out the online form or call 1-866-647-2248. With the new card present, call 1-866-647-2248 and tell them you would like to add another card to your account. If your previous card is registered, we can add your new card to the old one, and any Rewards you had will remain.
How do I access my account online?
To access your online Mirabito Rewards Plus account, you must first have a Mirabito Rewards Plus card. Once you have a card, click on “My Account” in the red bar at the top of this page. On the My Account page, click on “Click Here” under the Rewards Plus Portal. You can also call the Rewards Plus Toll-Free number at 1-866-647-2248 if you need assistance or have forgotten your username/password.
