How to Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Text Messages

August 8, 2024 – Mirabito has recently been made aware of a wave of fraudulent text messages being sent to our customers, impersonating Mirabito. These messages may prompt you to click on a link to review a charge on your account. We strongly advise you not to click on any such links and to refrain from opening any suspicious texts or emails.

Please be assured that Mirabito will never text or email you regarding payment collection for your Mirabito accounts. Mirabito securely collects payments and payment information through our Mirabito Portal, and our customer care team will reach out via phone or letter to communicate any issues or concerns with your accounts.

To ensure the security of your private information, please review the ways in which Mirabito collects payments for fuel orders and Mirabito Charge Cards.

How We Collect Payments:

  1. In our customer portal at mirabito.com: This is the only website authorized to collect payments online for Mirabito. Be cautious of ads or pop-ups on other websites that falsely claim to be authorized by us.
  2. Card on file: We securely collect and store credit card information over the phone or through our DocuSign forms. These details are tokenized by our processor and kept secure in E3.
  3. Mailed in check payments: Customers can mail their check payments directly to us.
  4. In-person at the branch: We accept payments at any of our branch locations.
  5. Customer calls us directly: You can make payments or manage your account by calling us directly at 800-934-9480.

Your security is our priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer care team, 800-934-9480.

Thank you for your continued trust in Mirabito.
