(Binghamton, NY) Officials for the Mirabito Family of Companies have announced plans for the acquisition of all Manley’s Mighty-Mart locations.
Manley’s currently maintains 17 convenience stores in Binghamton, Endicott, Endwell, Vestal, Johnson City, Windsor, Ithaca and Glen Aubrey.
“We’re pleased that Mr. Tony Manley has accepted our offer to purchase his locations,” said Mirabito Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Joseph P. Mirabito. “Mr. Manley grew his business much like our family grew ours, through hard work and dedication both to customers and community.”
Mirabito currently operates 57 Mirabito Convenience Stores, Convenience Express, and Quickway Food Store locations throughout central New York. Including the new Manley acquired sites the chain will grow to 74.
The new sites will officially start transitioning April 28th. Mirabito initially will operate the Manley sites independently keeping all current programs and offerings. Mirabito has assured all customers that the changeover should be seamless and that customers can expect outstanding service throughout the process.
