In February, Mirabito Convenience Stores reopens our Parish, NY location as a travel center, featuring Dunkin’ and Subway restaurants, Mirabito food offerings, lounge seating, a tech charging area, and multiple fuel options for the local community and travelers.

On October 11, 2023, Mirbaito Convenience Stores opened the renovated store as a Café & Eatery Express in South New Berlin.

In October, Mirabito acquires Superior Plus Energy heating oil, kerosene, diesel and gasoline customers and a variety of its assets throughout the Northeast.

In September, Mirabito acquires a portion of Value Energy customers based in Sayre,PA.

In August, Mirabito acquires Blanket Oil in Pine Bush, NY.

In June, Mirabito acquires the assets of Gifford Oil located in Northville, NY.

In April, Mirabito acquires Valley Propane & Fuels as well as Countryside Propane expanding its home energy footprint into Western New York.

In October, Mirabito acquires the assets of Helderberg Oil in Schenectady, NY.

In September, Mirabito purchases two convenience stores from Stewart’s Shoppes.

In August and September, Mirabito builds and opens two state-of-the-art convenience stores located in Syracuse and Binghamton, NY.

Mirabito acquires the assets of Shepard Oil Company in Johnstown, NY in September.

In July, Mirabito sells its interest in Leatherstocking Natural Gas Company and Leatherstocking Pipeline Company.

Mirabito adds 2 convenience stores in Watertown and Adams, NY in December.

In November, Mirabito acquires the fuel distribution operations of Cazenovia Lumber and Oil Company in Cazenovia, NY.

In April, Mirabito acquires the operations of North Shore Oil Company in West Monroe, NY.
