Mirabito acquires the Vermont business of Trackside Terminal Oil Company, LLC in Burlington, VT in February.

In November, Mirabito acquires the operations of Kelly Fuels in Bennington, VT.

In June Mirabito acquires Peterson Oil in Portland, CT.

In April Mirabito acquires Manley’s Mighty Marts 17 convenience stores located in the Southern Tier of New York.

In June Mirabito acquires Hastings-Fisher Oil Company in Yorkville, NY.

On April 5th the Pennsylvania PUC granted Mirabito Natural Gas, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at UGI Penn Natural Gas, Inc., UGI Central Penn Gas, Inc., and Valley Energy, Inc.

Mirabito partners with Corning Natural Gas to form Leatherstocking Gas Company, LLC and Leatherstocking Pipeline Company, LLC.

In October the company acquires DJ Oil Express of Lenox Dale, MA.

In July the company acquires Borst Oil of Schenectady, NY.

In May, Mirabito Natural Gas, LLC (an energy service company, or ESCO) began supplying gas to its first customer, Otsego County NYARC.

Mirabito acquires Andree Petroleum of Ithaca, NY.

Central New York faced another massive flood disaster in September 2011. Mirabito locations were fortunate to be, in large part, unaffected this time.
