Mirabito Holdings, Inc and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Mirabito”, “Mirabito Energy Products”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects information you provide directly to us, both when using our electronic services (including the Mirabito Rewards+ or MPay Card, www.mirabito.com, Mirabito Mobile App and Mirabito Online Account Portal) or shopping in Mirabito Convenience Stores. For example, we collect information when you sign up to receive emails from us, sign up for our portal or mobile app, fill out a form or survey, participate in a contest or promotion, make a purchase, join our loyalty program, apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media sites, register for events, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, birthday, postal address, zip code, phone number, survey responses, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically
We automatically collect certain information about you when you access or use our services or shop in our stores, including:

We collect information about where you saw the ads we serve you and what ads you click on.

- Facilitate contests, sweepstakes, and promotions and process entries and deliver rewards;

- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and protect the rights and property of Mirabito and others;

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
- With vendors, service providers, and consultants that perform services for us, including payment processors and online ordering platforms.

Your Choices
Customer Information
- You can stop receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from us. You can also stop receiving promotional postal mail by sending an email to info@mirabio.com, or by filling out this form.
- You may adjust your payment methods that are linked to your Mirabito Rewards Plus MPay Card by contacting us at 877-403-2222.
- You may choose to remove your information from our databases using the Mirabito Mobile app to delete your profile, or by calling (800) 934-9480. To delete your account, navigate to the profile section of the app, scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete Account”.
Cookies
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our services.
Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or text messages from Mirabito by following the instructions in those communications or by emailing us at . If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts
With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device or by following the instructions in those communications.
Social Media Authentication
Users may choose to utilize social media authentication (Facebook and/or Google) to access portions of the Mirabito Portal Website or Mobile App. When opting into this service we will ask your permission to access the minimum information required to validate your identity with the social media platform and link it to your Mirabito Portal Account. Currently, this is your Name, Email Address and Profile Picture. If at any time you wish to remove this data from the Mirabito Portal Website and Mobile App, do so by un-linking your social media account in the Profile Section. Click the My Profile link, then select the Social Logins tab and select the Unlink Button. This will delete the data and link from the Mirabito Portal Website and Mobile App storage.

Dispute Resolution

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
