Mirabito Employees Volunteer at Mary’s Meal

Twice a month, Our Lady of Sorrows Church sponsors and hosts a free Mary’s Meal dinner in their café. The community meals are run by volunteers of the Vestal community. On January 8th, several Mirabito employees took the opportunity to connect with their community and run the dinner. Rich Thrasher and his two sons, Vince Saraceno, Ryan Bealo, and Bill, Karen and Alex Mirabito enjoyed cooking, serving, and cleaning up after the event.

Bill and Karen were also kind enough to donate 100 Subway sandwiches made by the Front Street Subway. 70 people were served during the Mary’s Meal dinner with no sandwiches left over and everyone full and satisfied!

We are grateful to have a team of employees who volunteer their time for the benefit of their community. Mirabito would not be as successful as it is without the support of our customers, families, and surrounding communities and we look for every opportunity to give back.
