[8/11/2026] — Mirabito Convenience Stores and its customers have once again demonstrated the power of community by raising $60,000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention through the Mirabito Cares Round Up Campaign.

Held throughout the month of July across all 120 Mirabito Convenience Store locations in New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, the campaign invited customers to round up their in-store purchases at checkout to support suicide prevention efforts. The total includes the generosity of thousands of Mirabito customers, along with a corporate contribution from Mirabito Cares.

“It is an honor to serve customers and communities across New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. The reach of our stores gives us a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and through Mirabito Cares initiatives like our Round Up campaign, we are reminded just how compassionate and generous our customers and employees truly are.” Said Marissa Sweeney, Senior Director of Marketing for Mirabito Holdings, Inc.

“Mental health and suicide prevention are issues that touch every community and affect people from all walks of life. When Mirabito Cares selected the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as the beneficiary of this campaign, we knew it was a cause that would resonate across our footprint. Every customer who chose to round up joined us in supporting a mission that extends far beyond our stores — helping bring hope, awareness, and critical resources to the communities we proudly serve.”

The funds will help the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention advance its mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide through research, education, advocacy, and support for individuals, families, and communities.

“The incredible support shown by Mirabito Cares, its employees, customers, and leadership team is a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together around a shared purpose” says Kerr Flanders, Area Director, AFSP Greater CNY Chapter. “This remarkable campaign will help AFSP continue its lifesaving work while also sending a message of hope to those who may be struggling. We are deeply grateful for this partnership and the difference it will make in the lives of so many individuals and families.”

Through initiatives like these, Mirabito Cares continues to uphold the company’s core values of integrity, reliability, safety, and community service, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the people and communities we serve.
