How It Works

We make the process simple and tailored to you:

We calculate your estimated gallons based on your past usage.
We send you an agreement to review and sign—either digitally or by mail.
You select the plan that best fits your budget and payment preference.
You accept your agreement on our easy-to-use MyAccount portal or by mail.
Make your first payment, and we’ll begin delivering fuel as early as August—locking in savings before the cold hits.

Our online portal gives you early access to your agreement, the ability to sign and pay online, and the convenience to manage everything in one place.

Price Agreement Plan Options to Fit Every Home:

Prepay Fixed Plan

You pre-purchase your fuel for the heating season based on the estimates on your agreement.
The price remains in effect (or fixed) for the number of gallons purchased until all gallons are delivered or the agreement expiration date is reached, whichever comes first.
The Prepay Fixed payment is non-refundable.
If you use fewer gallons than what we estimated resulting in a credit on your account, we will roll the dollar amount credit to next year. If you use more, you will receive an invoice for additional gallons delivered at the current market rate price at the time of delivery.

Prepay Cap Plan

You pre-purchase your fuel for the heating season based on the estimates on your agreement.
The price is capped, and is the maximum price you will pay during the term of the agreement.
Should the Mirabito posted program price be lower than the Prepay Cap Price on the day of a delivery, you will automatically pay the lower price.
This program requires a nonrefundable fee.
If for any reason you have a credit on your account, we will roll the dollar amount balance to next year. If you use more gallons, you will receive an invoice for additional gallons delivered at the current market rate price at the time of delivery.

Budget Cap Plan

We estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your previous usage.
We budget twelve (12) monthly payments based on the estimated season usage and an estimated average market rate price.
The Budget Cap Price is the maximum price per gallon you will pay during the term of the agreement.
Should the Mirabito posted program price be lower than your Budget Cap Price on the day of your delivery, you will automatically pay the lower price.
This program requires a nonrefundable fee.
If you use fewer gallons than what we estimated resulting in a credit on your account, we will roll the dollar amount credit to next year. If you use more, your last budget statement will reflect the additional balance due.

Market Rate Budget Plan

No enrollment fee and provides a great discount incentive along with flexible pricing.
We estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your previous usage AND the estimated average market rate price. This price is not capped or fixed at any maximum price.
We budget twelve (12) monthly payments based on the usage and price estimates.
The price per gallon you pay will be the daily posted price (subject to market fluctuation), less .20 cents per gallon, at the time of delivery.
If it is lower resulting in a credit on your account, we will roll the dollar amount credit to next year. If it it is higher than what we estimated you will owe the difference on your last statement.

**Pay as You Go Fixed Plan (*Propane Only)**

The estimated number of gallons is based on your previous usage. If you choose the Pay As You Go Fixed Plan, the price remains in effect (or fixed) for the number of gallons purchased until all gallons are delivered or the agreement expiration date is reached, whichever comes first. Your pre-purchase amount due includes current taxes.
